When your teammates kill terrorists you get half credit for each one they get. Since there is no prestige mode, ranking takes much longer, so you’ll want all the help you can get. Your character ranks up in the Story mode, as well as online. Also, unlike other shooters, you can choose everything from your armor, to your characters face, right down to his moustache. New and old weapons give you many options of fire power, as well as the sweet armor that can be unlocked. Very cool tactics and awesome story line. After he dies Six calls and strips of your rank, but then handsomely promotes you. He talks to you and explains that he could have done some much more for Six if they would have given him a chance…Ok…whatever…you shoot, you kill, he is dead.
Once they do, it crashes leaving a hole in the wall…finally…there is Gabe standing in a Hawaiian shirt and cargo pants, holding a pistil. Get into the shack and survive, kill off terrorists until Six takes out the chopper. Ok, survive this and sprint cross a tennis court with no cover while thousands of bullets are flying every direction. If you are lucky enough to even survive this part the helicopter will go into some kind of seizure and fire a missile at you. After finding him you foolishly leave your team and battle alone…bad idea…especially because the only thing separating you from about 15,000 terrorists and one crazy terrorist helicopter is a 3 foot high by 2 foot wide concrete wall. So after this part you link up with your team to take down Gabe and his terrorists once and for all. No teammates + silencer and a couple flash bangs = extreme stealth. Another nice part about being left alone is the fact that you can use stealth much more easily. There are random waves of terrorists which make it very challenging but exiting also. This part of the game I found extremely hard, but enjoyed the challenge. You find it in a Monorail Station, so you send it of on the train and blow it up…pretty sweet so far…then your teammates leave you to assist Logan. The graphics still resemble the last game, and they fixed the distance views too!…YES…Ok now where were we…o yes…alright so, you and your teammates fight through old Vegas, the Strip, and some Hotels, trying to find a bomb that Gabe set up somewhere in Vegas. Knowing that Gabe betrayed you he is your main goal through out the game. Gabe gets kicked out, Logan is accepted…well…Gabe is pretty much pissed. The reason he goes bad is because when you are given orders not to shoot at terrorists holding people hostage, Gabe pretty much unloads on one of them, while the other terrorists kill the target you where hoping to save. You train Logan (your character in RSV 1), and Gabe…the traitor. The beginning and opening mission is pretty cool, because it is a flash back to before the story mode in RSV 1 even started. Not Logan in this one…no…you are Bishop, a leader of another Six squad.
